Carlos Carvajal
Founder and CEO
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Carlos Carvajal earned his degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Systems and Human-Computer Interaction from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
In 2006, he founded Grupo Empresarial Toots, a highly successful IT and software development company in Venezuela. This venture later expanded into Iguana Technologies, establishing a presence in Orem, Utah.
In 2016, Carlos relocated with his family to Provo, Utah, to further grow Iguana Technologies in the United States.
Today, Carlos brings over 22 years of experience in IT, software development, and web design, including more than 8 years serving clients across the U.S.
Under his leadership, Iguana Technologies continues to deliver high-quality, cost-effective web development solutions to businesses throughout the United States and around the world.
Belkis Paez
Founder and COO
Belkis Páez is a co-founder and COO of Iguana Technologies, bringing nearly two decades of experience in educational software and interactive interface design.
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, she earned her degree in Education with a specialization in the Design and Management of Educational Projects from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
In 2006, Belkis co-founded Grupo Empresarial Toots alongside Carlos, laying the foundation for what would later become Iguana Technologies. That same year, she relocated to Provo, Utah, where she has played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion into the U.S. market.
With over 18 years of professional experience—more than 8 of them in the United States—Belkis has specialized in developing educational applications and intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces.
Today, she continues to help lead Iguana Technologies in delivering high-quality, cost-effective web development solutions to clients across the United States and around the world.
Rhadames Carmona
Project Manager
Rhadamés Carmona was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. He holds a degree in Computer Science, along with a Master’s and Ph.D. in Information Systems and Human–Computer Interaction from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
He joined Grupo Empresarial Toots in 2014, bringing with him a strong academic foundation and extensive industry expertise.
With over 25 years of experience, Rhadamés has specialized in the development of commercial and educational software applications, as well as interactive computer interfaces. For the past nine years, he has been a key member of the Iguana Technologies team.
Today, Rhadamés continues to contribute to Iguana Technologies’ mission of delivering high-quality, cost-effective web development solutions to clients across the United States and worldwide.
