Flux Real Estate is owned by Spencer Whitham, a Real Estate Expert in Utah County, Utah.

He hired us to create this beautiful new WordPress website. He wanted a website that could be seamlessly integrated with the MLS system.

The main slider on the home page showcases a beautiful video loop about the most scenic Utah landscapes, inviting everyone to set roots in the state.

Understanding the communities

As part of the SEO research for Flux Real Estate, we determined which communities were the most important to reach, and developed a network of community-focused custom-made landing pages, with specifically designed MLS search results.

This allows Flux Real Estate to be reached from Google searches for properties in any of these locations, and to offer a custom, personalized online experience to any customer searching in those areas and landing on a unique, custom community page.

Seamless MLS integration

A real-time integration with MLS was needed, so we not only made it possible but also customized the MLS interface to be aligned with the Flux Real Estate branding.

As a result, we offer the customer a seamless experience between the Flux Real Estate pages and the MLS listings.

Testimonials in a unique way

Flux Real Estate wanted to share their previous customers’ experiences beautifully.
